Call Center platform

build on CCaaS Powered by Amazon Connect for Capgemini

We designed a modern user interface for Capgemini’s internal call center platform, built on Amazon Connect (CCaaS). The goal was to create a scalable and intuitive solution tailored for agents, supervisors, and managers.
Our responsibilities included user research, interface design, and the implementation of a design system with accessible UI themes (Light, Dark, Gray, WCAG).
The result is a modular, user-friendly platform that improves clarity, efficiency, and the overall experience of customer service teams.

MY ROLE

As part of a long-term collaboration with BNP Paribas, I was responsible for the full graphic support of all business segments of the bank – including Retail, Premium, Corporate, Agro, Brokerage Office, Wealth Management, and the BNP Paribas Foundation. Each project was carried out in accordance with the specific visual guidelines of the individual segment, ensuring consistency and high aesthetic standards throughout.

My work included designing a wide range of graphic materials – from promotional offers and key visuals, through reports, certificates, leaflets, brochures, infographics, posters, mailings, newsletters, and presentations, to social media graphics and visual identity elements such as logotypes and multi-pagers. A key aspect of my role also involved co-creating concepts and designing materials for marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.

I was actively involved in shaping the visual communication of the brand and in adapting materials to suit the communication style and needs of each segment’s target audience.

BNP Paribas' retail banking segment provides comprehensive services for individual clients and small businesses, offering products such as personal accounts, loans, savings plans, and insurance. It operates across several countries, including Poland, Belgium, France, Italy, and Luxembourg, tailoring its services to local customer needs.

PREMIUM BANKING

Premium banking at BNP Paribas targets affluent individual clients, offering them personalized financial advice, exclusive investment products, and dedicated service. While not always presented as a separate business line, it plays a key role within the retail banking offer, meeting the needs of more demanding clients.

CORPORATE & INSTITUTIONAL BANKING (CIB)


This segment provides a full range of financial services to medium and large companies as well as institutions, including financing, liquidity management, investment advisory, and risk management. BNP Paribas CIB operates globally, serving clients in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

In Poland, BNP Paribas has a dedicated offer for the agri-food sector, including accounts, deposits, loans, and insurance for farmers. The bank supports the sector’s transition toward sustainable development by offering tailored financial solutions for food producers.

BNP Paribas offers brokerage services through entities like BNP Paribas Brokerage Services Inc. in the U.S., enabling individual and institutional clients to trade financial instruments. The Amway Product Catalogue is a comprehensive and rich collection of products offered by one of the most renowned global direct selling companies. Founded in 1959, Amway specializes in a wide range of products covering categories such as health and nutrition, beauty, home care, and personal care. The catalogue includes detailed descriptions, ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions for each product. As the Opus B agency, we have had the pleasure of designing it for many years. It is published in both print and digital versions. The project below features the 2016 — 2017 edition.

Eveo is a company specializing in digital signage software design. The URVE Smart Office booking system is a comprehensive solution for displaying information and managing room availability, including free/busy status messages. I had the opportunity to create a proposal for the landing page, brochures, and various other marketing materials, contributing to the visual communication and user experience design of the project.

Educational Application

Exam Tests for the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT)

The UDT Tests application is primarily intended for individuals obtaining qualifications from the Office of Technical Inspection
(Urząd Dozoru Technicznego) for material handling equipment. The theoretical tests available in the application are prepared
in accordance with the principles applicable to the theoretical exam of the Office of Technical Inspection.
The UDT Tests application is available for mobile devices with iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), as well as for
desktop computers with Windows 7 and 10 (downloadable from this site). The application allows users to take tests for:
Mobile Aerial Platforms, Industrial Trucks I, Industrial Trucks II, Cranes, Overhead Cranes, and Goods-Passenger Lifts.
